For investment-related services, Carrier Craft Finserv is registered with AMFI as a Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-358845) and is not a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor; our role is limited to distribution and guidance, not personalised investment advice.

Any investment or insurance-related content on this website, including examples, illustrations or guidance shared with you, is provided for informational purposes only. Carrier Craft Finserv provides guidance and services in good faith but is not liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes arising from decisions made independently by you based on our guidance, content or recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of India, the aggregate liability of the Company, its Affiliates, employees, officers or service providers arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You to the Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or Rs. 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is lower.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company’s liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Investment, insurance and tax-related content on the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution clause below, the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If You have any concern or dispute regarding the Service, You agree to first contact the Company and attempt to resolve the matter informally by writing to support@carriercraft.in.

If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, nor shall a single or partial exercise of any right preclude any other exercise of that or any other right.

We may revise these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
