If you cancel an order before we have started working on it (for example, before any application, filing or design work has begun), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any payment gateway charges.

Once work has started, the fee for the work already completed is not refundable. If a service is only partly done, we may refund the unused portion at our discretion after reviewing the order.

A service is considered completed once a filing, application or return has been submitted, or once a design or deliverable has been sent to you. Completed services are not refundable.

Government fees, stamp duty, late fees, interest, tax payments, ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google), domain and hosting charges are paid to third parties and cannot be refunded by us.

Approval of any registration (GST, FSSAI, Shop Act, etc.) is decided by the government department. Rejection or delay by a department is not, by itself, a reason for a refund, but we will help you reapply where possible.

Monthly services (GST return filing, social media management, SEO, ads management) can be stopped at any time by informing us before the next month starts. The current month’s fee is not refundable once work for that month has begun.

If you are unhappy with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will first try to fix the issue (for example, revisions or corrections). If we cannot, we will review the case and decide on a full or partial refund.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) through our payment gateway within 7–15 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

This policy does not apply to mutual fund or insurance products. Mutual fund redemptions follow the scheme’s own rules, and insurance cancellations and free-look periods follow the insurer’s policy terms.
